E HUTCHINSON Hutchinson Antivibration Systems, Inc., A worldwide company, is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician night shift at the Cadillac, MI location. The Maintenance Technician performs machine repairs, projects, refurbishments, rebuilds, and preventive/predictive maintenance activities. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance work as assigned and scheduled by the CMMS. The Maintenance Technician responds to machine repair calls and projects as assigned or directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Completion of assigned equipment PM activities as scheduled by CMMS. Mechanical ability to repair and troubleshoot injection press mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Complete all Repair and troubleshoot cementing/coating mechanical, electrical, and spraying systems, including repair and rebuilding of spray guns, agitators, and drum pumps. Repair and troubleshoot assembly equipment and hydraulic presses. Perform machining operations using lathe, mill, drill press, and bandsaws. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using machine schematics and assembly drawings. Plan and complete projects, refurbishments, and rebuilds. Complete and accurately enter work activity into CMMS. Daily housekeeping and 5S of work areas and maintenance shop. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision from written and verbal communication High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or minimum four (4) years of equivalent experience. Salary will be based on the candidate qualifications and experience.
