E HUTCHINSON Hutchinson Antivibration Systems, Inc., A worldwide company, is currently accepting applications for a Production Supervisor at the Cadillac, MI location. The Production Supervisor plans and coordinates production activities to ensure manufacture of quality products in a safe, cost effective, timely manner using shift personnel, equipment, facilities, materials, and organizational support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Directs and coordinate shift personnel to produce company product in a quality, on time and in a safe manner. Ensures company policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensures manufacturing standards, quality controls (SPC, etc.) and operating procedures are maintained, achieved and adhered to. Reports and assist in the resolution of all manufacturing difficulties, facilities, equipment, materials and / or personnel problems. Ensures effective communications including shift carryovers. Ensures shift personnel are trained to perform their job to established manufacturing and quality standards in a cost efficient manner. Reconciles and approves hourly employee time cards in E-Time. Candidates must have 2 years college or equivalent background. The employee must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in automotive manufacturing. Salary for this position will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
